You Never Know Where Your Next Customer Comes From

One of our advertisers recently called us with a story that, in the simplest of terms, was pretty darn awesome.

He had just finished a job and, while talking with the customer, found out how they had discovered his business:

They saw his ad on the GoDak screen at Aspire Health Clinic. They needed the service, saw his ad, took down his phone number and gave him a call.

That’s advertising doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

You never know which person seeing your message is going to need what you offer, or when that need is going to happen. That’s why staying visible matters.

And one little part of the story made us chuckle.

The advertiser asked his customer, “You know who does those ad screens?”

They didn’t.

“Your neighbors. Right there.” 😂

Yep. The customer happened to be a neighbor of ours. They’d seen the GoDak screens. They’d seen the advertiser’s message. They just didn’t know the people behind GoDak were right down the road.

Now they know. :)

That’s one of the fun parts of being local.
