$200 per hour* (Introductory Price!)

We’re based in South Heart, ND, and proudly serve Stark County and surrounding areas.
Mileage within 35 miles of South Heart is included.
For events beyond this radius, additional travel fees may apply.

💳 Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
We can’t hold dates without a deposit — once it’s paid, your date is officially booked.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance will be invoiced 30 days prior to your event.
This final payment must be received at least 1 day before your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Sales Tax
All invoices will include applicable local and state sales tax, based on your event location.
Credit Card Convenience Fee
Paying by card? A 3% convenience fee will be added to your invoice to cover processing costs.
Prefer to skip the fee? Check or cash payments are accepted with no extra charge.
Client Cancellations
We understand things happen. Here’s how cancellations are handled:
More than 30 days before your event:
Your deposit is retained, but no further payment is required.30 days or less before your event:
Your final payment is still due in full, since your date has been reserved and likely can’t be rebooked on short notice.
Please notify us in writing (email is fine) if you need to cancel.
If We Have to Cancel
If for any reason we’re unable to provide services for your event, you’ll receive a 100% full refund, including your deposit.
We believe in being fair and honest — if we can’t deliver, you don’t pay.
Severe Weather & Travel Hazards
If severe weather, road closures, or other unsafe travel conditions prevent us from safely reaching your event:
You’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit
This decision is made at our discretion, based on current advisories and safety conditions
We’ll communicate with you clearly and promptly if this ever becomes an issue
